What do scientific studies say?

In this paper, for example, the authors investigated the effects of garlic extract on diabetic rats, randomly divided into six groups.
The results indicated an increase in testosterone levels, improved sperm quality and lower blood glucose—all associated with the use of garlic extract.
However, human studies are still limited. This report highlights the need for more clinical trials to determine whether the animal results also apply to men.
